The Real Problem

Antivirus checks a list. Attackers stopped using the list.

Traditional endpoint tools compare files against known signatures, which works right up until an attacker uses something new — or uses nothing at all. Living-off-the-land attacks abuse the legitimate tools already on the machine, so there is no malicious file to match. What catches them is behaviour: a process doing something a process of that kind has no business doing.

The second failure is quieter. Detection without response just produces an alert, and an alert at 2am is only useful if something happens next. Isolation has to be automatic, or dwell time stretches from minutes into days.

What’s Included

What endpoint protection covers.

Managed EDR with automated isolation

Behavioural detection on every device, with affected hosts cut from the network automatically while staying reachable for remote forensics.

Anti-malware, patching, and firewall oversight

The baseline hygiene that closes the doors attackers try first, maintained rather than assumed.

Continuous device health monitoring

Agent coverage, encryption status, and patch level tracked across the fleet so gaps surface before they matter.

Persistence hunting

Finding the footholds designed to survive a reboot and a cleanup, which is what turns one incident into a recurring one.

Written incident reporting

Every confirmed incident documented from initial access through remediation — usable for audits, boards, and insurers.

Cross-platform coverage

Windows and macOS under the same policy and the same reporting, rather than two disconnected consoles.

Common Questions

Answers, plainly.

How is this different from the antivirus we already have?

Antivirus matches known-bad files. EDR watches behaviour, so it catches novel malware and attacks that use no malicious file at all — then isolates the device rather than only alerting.

What happens when something is found overnight?

Confirmed threats are actioned around the clock. The host is isolated and the incident investigated, with a written report rather than a raw alert.

Will this slow down our machines?

The agent is lightweight and deploys in minutes. Performance impact is not something clients typically notice day to day.

How many devices are actually covered?

Most organisations find the answer is lower than they assumed. We’ll check the real number with you.
